Why This Matters If You're Scaling Your Business

Today, I want to share the simplest, most powerful brain hack I’ve used personally and with my clients to shift from stuck or scattered to scaling with clarity, ease, and consistent income.

 

First, Let’s Talk About the Subconscious

Your subconscious controls 95–98% of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. It’s the behind-the-scenes operator driving your daily habits, decisions, and identity.

So if you have a big income goal—but something keeps pulling you back into fear, doubt, or self-sabotage—it’s not about your strategy.

It’s about what your subconscious believes is safe and possible.

And the good news? You can rewire that.

 

How Subconscious Patterns Are Formed

From ages 0–7, your brain is in a deeply absorbent state called theta. You’re literally soaking up your environment—without the ability to critically filter it. That means:

  • If your parents stressed about money, you might carry scarcity beliefs.

  • If success felt unsafe or linked to burnout, you may unconsciously resist growth.

  • If love or attention was tied to struggle, you might associate ease with guilt.

These beliefs were never yours—but they might be running your business decisions today.

 

The Brain Hack That Changed My Life (and Income)

Here’s where it gets exciting: You don’t need to spend 8 hours a day working to shift these patterns. You just need to know when and how to work with your brain.

There are two windows each day when your subconscious is most open to new beliefs:

  1. The first 20 minutes after waking

  2. The last 20 minutes before sleep

These are known as the alpha brainwave states. In these windows, you’re relaxed, suggestible, and your brain is primed to reprogram old patterns.

 

What to Do in These 20-Minute Windows

Choose one of the following and commit to it daily for 30 days (yes, repetition is key!):

1. Visualisation

Imagine yourself hitting your next money goal—feel the joy, security, gratitude.
Your brain doesn’t know the difference between imagined and real experiences. It builds belief from both.

 

2. Affirmations with Emotion

Try:
✨ “Money flows easily and abundantly to me.”
✨ “I’m safe, supported, and successful in my business.”
✨ “I scale with alignment and ease.”
Say them out loud or in your head—but feel them as truth.

 

3. Scripting (Journaling)

Write your reality as if it’s already done.
“Today, I signed a £10K client with ease.”
“The launch felt light, and the money flowed.”
Let your pen become your new belief system.

 

4. Subliminal Audios or Meditations

Play these while drifting off to sleep or waking up. Reprogramming can happen passively as you rest.
