Here’s How to Use It

Pick one practice below and do it for 20 minutes each morning or evening:

1. Visualisation

Close your eyes. Feel yourself living the result.
Not thinking about it—feeling it. Joy, freedom, clarity, success.
This wires new neural pathways and tells your brain, “This is who I am now.”

Your brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined. Use that to your advantage.

2. Journaling

Write as if it’s already done.
Let your pen say things your mouth might not yet believe:

“I run a business that feels amazing. Clients come to me with ease. I’m making more and working less.”

If it feels hard to write it, ask yourself: How will I take the action if I can’t even speak it yet?

3. Subliminals

Listen to reprogramming audios (I have a free playlist linked below).
These tracks are embedded with theta frequencies so they bypass your analytical mind and speak directly to your subconscious—even while you're doing the dishes.

4. Meditation + Feeling Practice

Sit in stillness and feel the version of you who already has what you want.
Even 5 minutes of feeling joy, peace, or freedom starts to recalibrate your body’s energetic set point.

New feelings = new beliefs = new outcomes.

Why This Works (and Why Most Goal Setting Doesn’t)
